Premier real estate firm elevates experienced team member to leadership role in key South Miami-Dade County market
The Keyes Company promoted a pivotal team member, Aileen Guzman, to District Sales Manager of the leading real estate firm’s Miami – The Falls office. Guzman takes the helm of an important sales team in a growth market, including South Miami, Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay, for Keyes.
Guzman will oversee, develop and expand the office’s sales team in her new role. She brings more than two decades of experience in real estate sales, leading sales teams and training newer associates. Guzman started under Keyes Regional Manager Eli Santurio when she first joined the firm, supporting Santurio in her successful efforts to build Keyes’ presence in the Doral market.
“Aileen is the ideal leader for this critical office,” Santurio said. “She has fulfilled every role imaginable in her time at Keyes and demonstrated a tremendous talent for mentoring associates. I have no doubt that Aileen will thrive in this position and be a growth catalyst for the office.”
A licensed Broker Associate, Guzman has won many sales awards throughout her time at Keyes. She is also a celebrated trainer in both Keyes’ field trainer and M.B.A. (Making Business Attainable) programs, where she showcased her ability to facilitate the growth of new or stalled real estate careers.

Guzman earned bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and International Business from Florida International University.
