
Semmes is pleased to announce that LaTonya D. Reynolds has joined the firm’s Baltimore office as counsel in the Labor & Employment Practice Group.

McCarron. “LaTonya brings a wealth of experience in labor and employment law, including her work from the corporate side as an attorney and advisor on diverse, critical employment issues. She is a great addition to our team.”
Reynolds focuses her practice on the representation of management in all facets of federal, state and local employment law. Her work involves particular emphasis on employee discipline and termination, wage and hour compliance, accommodations, leaves of absence, reductions-in-force, labor/employee relations, and Title VII matters.
Previously, Reynolds was a senior employment law attorney for a financial services company with more than 10,000 employees and operations in 44 states and Canada. In that role, she also served as senior counsel to management regarding employment matters involving several different classes of employees, including Merit System, union, seasonal, temporary and police employees. Reynolds also formerly held several positions as a securities and investment advisory attorney.
Reynolds earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University.
