Eridania Rodriguez Of The Peabody Companies Passes ARM Examination

The Peabody Companies (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is proud to announce that Eridania “Eri” Rodriguez of Haverhill, Massachusetts, has completed course work and passed a qualifying examination to apply for her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation.

The ARM certification process teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully and is widely recognized in the residential property management industry.

Rodriguez, who joined the Peabody Companies in August of 2022, is the assistant property manager at Market Mill Apartments in Lowell, Massachusetts. In November of 2023, she was awarded a New England Past President’s Scholarship by the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to pursue her ARM credential.

“Congratulations to Eri for completing the comprehensive course study and passing the rigorous exam to apply for her ARM,” said Erin Simas, learning and development manager with the Peabody Companies. “This valued accreditation is certain to provide Eri with expanded career opportunities within the property management industry.”
