Miles & Stockbridge announced today that Zachary S. Schultz, a principal who represents clients in middle market mergers and acquisitions, will co-lead the law firm’s Corporate, Securities and Tax Practice Group. Schultz joins Lisa Keenan and Meg Manchester, who took on the leadership role last year.
