Peterson Partners Closes Tenth Private Equity Fund, At $265M

Peterson Partners, a Salt Lake City, UT-based investment firm, announced that its private equity business, Peterson Private Equity, closed $265M in Fund X.

The fund aims to make 12 operations, investing $10-25m in profitable and growth-oriented companies.

The vehicle has already invested in three companies:

  • Dura Software, a software aggregator of niche B2B SaaS companies
  • Packsize, a sustainable, smart packaging provider for e-commerce and retailers
  • Kelso, a company which specializes in commercial mechanical, electric, and plumbing services.

Led by Managing Partner Clint Peterson, and Partners Brett Stohlton, and Spencer Clawson, Peterson Partners is an independent investment firm with more than $2.0 Billion under management across Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Search strategies. The firm has actively invested across software, business services, healthcare, and consumer, including in companies such as Packsize, NMA, solidcore, and Blue Raven Solar.
