Randstad Digital Acquires Torc

Randstad Digital, a Dieman, The Netherlands-based digital enablement partner providing digital talent solutions, acquired Torc, a Boston, MA-based AI-powered talent marketplace platform.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

This acquisition allows Randstad Digital to further accelerate clients’ access to digital talent, including global delivery centers, to expand its digital capabilities across cloud, data, digital engineering, and customer experience capabilities.

Led by Michael Morris, CEO, Torc provides an AI-driven platform that enables skill-based matching to connect digital talent to clients globally with more than 25,000 digital talent enrolled worldwide, with a specific current emphasis on LATAM, the US & India. The company was backed by technology and business veterans (Cognizant, Catalant, Atomic, Mozilla, Harvard) and the VCs investors Recognize and Asymmetric.
