Greysteel Arranges the Financing for Construction Loan for a Development in Melissa, TX

Greysteel, a national leader in commercial real estate investment services, has successfully arranged construction financing for a 343-unit Build-to-Rent development on behalf of Welker Properties. Daniel Harnett, Senior Managing Director, and Harrison Cole, Director at Greysteel Capital Markets, spearheaded the financing efforts.

This gated community, ideally located between I-75 and Sam Rayburn Tollway, will blend the best aspects of single-family homes and Class-A apartment living. Each detached unit will feature its own private yard, combining the privacy of a home with the convenience and amenities of managed property living.
