Key highlights of the Jackson Street Apartments include:

  • Architectural features that emphasize verticality and distinctive framing, contributing to a dynamic streetscape.
  • Sustainable design elements such as architectural screens at garage levels and extensive balconies for enhanced living experiences.

Seeking Joint Venture Partnerships and Strategic Alliances

As the project moves forward, the developers are actively seeking for a joint venture partner to collaborate on this exciting venture. The project’s strategic location and innovative design make it an attractive opportunity for potential partners looking to invest in the vibrant Hollywood real estate market.

Extended Closing and Permit Readiness The development team has enough closing time until June 2025 to get Construction Permits. This extension ensures that the project will have Shovel Ready permits in place, facilitating a seamless transition to the construction phase.
