Savills is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Schuham as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Occupier Services (GOS). Schuham previously served as Chairman, Global Occupier Services, North America and has been with the firm for over 33 years. He will now oversee a global team comprised of professionals that provide fully integrated commercial real estate services, focused on multi-market and multi-service occupancy strategy, out-source management and service coordination for clients around the world.
In his new role, Schuham will work closely with teams and regional leaders in North America, EMEA and APAC to strengthen and expand Savills integrated occupier services platform.
