The transaction represents the 86th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
3G was established in 2016 by Vince Stango following the merger of Acker-Pak and CIPS two companies in the industrial distribution industry.
