Crosby Health Raises $2.2M in Pre-Seed Funding

Crosby Health, a NYC-based healthtech company providing a proprietary AI to automate administrative tasks, raised $2.2M in Pre-Seed funding.

The round was led by Amplo Ventures, with participation from NOMO Ventures and angel investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its development efforts and business reach.

Led by CEO Rishi Gowda, Crosby Health is advancing an AI revenue cycle expert, which specializes in denial management and revenue cycle optimization in healthcare. With its advanced clinical language model, Apollo, it empowers healthcare providers to achieve denial recovery rates, improve tracking intelligence and enhance overall revenue cycle efficiency.

Apollo is an advanced LLM for medical reasoning. It boasts innovative use cases through the analysis of unstructured clinical documentation such as automating clinical appeals from start to finish, from generating the initial appeal to submitting and tracking results. Beyond claim denial management, Apollo also supports AI medical coding, chart reviews, and more.
