Atlanta Craft Brewery Co-Founder Jeff Heck Shares Lessons Learned While Starting and Running a Successful Business
WHAT:
Full Course, the first and only accelerator and incubator of early-stage food brands, is hosting its next complimentary Rising Tide webinar titled “Founder’s Journey: Monday Night Brewing with Jeff Heck” on Thursday, May 16.
Full Course Founder and CEO Lauren Fernandez and Lissa Bowen, Full Course’s Chief People + Culture Officer, sit down with Monday Night Brewing co-founder and CEO Jeff Heck to reveal meaningful insights and the lessons learned on his path to starting and running a successful craft brewery in Atlanta.
A Harvard graduate and Full Course board member, Heck has a background in private equity, a passion for perfection, and the final say on Monday Night’s recipe formulations and finances. What started as a small Bible study and a way to get to know each other better, Monday Night quickly became more than a homebrewing hobby. After perfecting its beers for five years, the brewery officially launched in Atlanta in 2011. It has since grown into an award-winning craft brewery that again scored the triple crown of beer in 2023 with awards at the Great American Beer Festival, World Beer Cup, and U.S. Open Beer Championships.
Full Course’s monthly one-hour Rising Tide seminars invite all restaurant, food business, and guest service professionals to learn about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the industry today. The seminars are designed to help restaurant industry professionals grow and scale their businesses because a rising tide lifts all boats.
