Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin is pleased to announce that Celso L. Leite, Jr. has joined the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Department.
Celso’s practice focuses primarily on zoning and land development matters. He represents private clients and local governments before zoning hearing boards, planning commissions, governing bodies, and the Pennsylvania court system. His practice extends to Montgomery County, Bucks County, Delaware County, and Chester County; and he has appeared before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in Montgomery County, Celso attended the Villanova University School of Business where he studied finance and co-majored in real estate, graduating summa cum laude. Thereafter, Celso received his law degree from Villanova’s Charles Widger School of Law as a Charles Widger Leadership Scholar. While in law school, Celso was accepted into the Business Law Concentration program and served as the Managing Editor for Outside Articles for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.
Prior to joining the firm, Celso practiced corporate and real estate law in the greater Philadelphia region.
Celso currently resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughter. When not practicing law, he enjoys obstacle course racing, Thai boxing, and kayaking.
