Eshaan Gandhi, a Baruch College’s Macaulay Honors College graduate, brings a background in entrepreneurship and real estate, enriched by his involvement with Project Destined and the Housing Partnership Network.
Chloe Holder, a Tufts University alumna with a LEED Green Associate Certification, combines her real estate knowledge with a strong commitment to sustainability; she also excelled as the skipper on Tufts University’s Varsity Sailing Team.
Ethan Voligny, an Urban Studies graduate from Washington University in St. Louis, is dedicated to sustainable urban development and its social and political impact. Prior to joining OPEN, Voligny worked at numerous affordable housing organizations.
Kate Whitman, a recent graduate of Trinity College and a former intern at OPEN, has developed a profound understanding of the real estate market through her community-based work and projects at OPEN.
