Charles F. Schexnaildre has joined the national law firm of Baker Donelson as a member of the Disaster Recovery and Government Services Team in the Firm’s Baton Rouge office.
With nearly two decades of experience working for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mr. Schexnaildre has in-depth knowledge of FEMA’s grant programs, which positions him as a trusted counselor to clients seeking disaster preparedness and recovery assistance, and he utilizes his distinctive industry understanding and experience to help them navigate the complicated regulations relating to federal disaster and mitigation management.
Additionally, Mr. Schexnaildre has more than 19 years of litigation experience, with a focus on arbitrations. He has arbitrated over 100 cases before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA).

Mr. Schexnaildre received his B.S. from Louisiana State University and his J.D. from Southern University Law Center.
