The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is pleased to announce that Devin T. Russo has joined as an associate in the firm’s Bridgewater, New Jersey office in the Labor & Employment Practice Group.

About Devin Russo
Russo has experience in a variety of employment litigation matters and has represented clients before the Department of Labor as well as the New Jersey Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He regularly works with clients on issues involving unemployment, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation and wage theft. Russo has extensive experience handling discovery and depositions, as well as drafting mediation settlements, negotiating settlements, and preparing finalized agreements.
While earning his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, Russo served as a legal extern for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipelines and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, gaining a deep understanding of regulatory procedures and formulation while working in a wide range of legal practice areas, including compliance and enforcement, environmental, and employment law. He received his B.A. from Seton Hall University.
