Luis Salazar Re-Appointed to ABA Section of Litigation Federal Practice Task Force

Boutique litigation firm Salazar Law is honored that the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Litigation Federal Practice Task Force has reappointed firm founder Luis Salazar to serve another year.

Salazar continues to work with task force members to review and consider possible changes in federal law affecting federal trial practice. His perspective will be particularly useful to the task force’s 2024-25 subcommittee tasked with evaluating the random assignment process for single division judges.

“I am pleased to serve another year on the ABA Section of Litigation Federal Practice Task Force as we review the impact of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,” Salazar said.
