This also marks Woodmont’s seventh consecutive quarter of recognition for its steadfast dedication to standards and resident experience.

The prestigious Ellis Customer Experience Best in Class Awards have been a staple in measuring resident satisfaction in the multifamily industry for 10 years. Since the award program’s inception in 2014, Ellis has surveyed residents of more than 1 million apartment homes. Companies must be a part of the Ellis Resident Survey Program for at least nine months in 2023 and have 20 or more completed surveys. Properties must also achieve the highest loyalty scores from resident surveys.
