Natiivo Fort Lauderdale Hosts Master Brokers Forum At The Tower Club

More than 80 Members of Realtor Networking Group Enjoy Presentations on Unique Condominium Project and Development of Downtown Area

The Gold Coast Master Brokers Forum (MBF), a networking group comprised of South Florida’s top residential real estate professionals, recently held its second major event of 2024 at The Tower Club, hosted by Natiivo Fort Lauderdale. More than 75 members and guests enjoyed incredible networking with fellow Master Brokers, a presentation about the Newgard Development Group’s unique condominium project, and an update on the progress of downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

Newgard founder and chief executive officer Harvey Hernandez led a dynamic presentation about Natiivo; the first residences in Fort Lauderdale purposefully designed, built and licensed for short term rental, with the hospitality options one would expect at a luxury hotel. All units at Natiivo will come fully finished and furnished, with prices ranging from the $600s to just over $1.6 million. Natiivo will be 40 stories tall, featuring studios to three-bedroom units ranging from 515 to 1,150 square feet. Natiivo will also feature Natiivo Social, an exclusive club with over 45,000 square feet of amenities on the 8th floor.

Following this, Ft. Lauderdale Downtown Development Authority president and chief executive officer Jenni Morejon provided Master Brokers with a comprehensive update on the numerous residential, retail, lodging, and transportation projects that are modernizing the city’s urban core. Her fascinating presentation touched on Ft. Lauderdale’s growing economic impact, evolving development pipeline, distinctive neighborhoods, and beautiful public spaces.

“After its success in Miami and Austin, we are so pleased to see Natiivo join the exciting slate of new projects that are transforming the identity of Ft. Lauderdale,” said Carolyn Block Ellert, Gold Coast MBF chair. “Our members were also delighted to receive Jenni’s wide-ranging presentation, offering a clear perspective on downtown’s promising future. We thank Newgard for hosting a wonderful evening, and Jenni for her time and insight.”

“We are introducing a smarter way to own real estate in Fort Lauderdale,” Hernandez said.  “Buyers at our Nativvo-branded property can use their residences as they wish, with no rental restrictions. It’s a very new concept for Fort Lauderdale but one that I think will resonate well with agents and their clients.”
