Ferreira UTEC has leased a 10,900 sq. ft. building at 401-403 Serendipity Dr. in Millersville, MD. Gold and Company assisted the Massachusetts-based company, which delivers turnkey underground electric transmission services nationwide, in locating the property and securing a long-term lease.
Ferreira UTEC is a division of Ferreira Construction and specializes in underground cable installation, repair, and maintenance on various cable systems. It also handles self-contained, fluid-filled, low- and medium-pressure circuit installations, repairs, and maintenance.
401-403 Serendipity Dr. is located off Najoles Rd. in Anne Arundel Country. The building has three drive-in doors and sits on 1.3 acres. It will offer drive-in maintenance and outside storage for Ferreira UTEC’s fleet and equipment.
Ferreira UTEC chose the property, in part, because of its central location with easy access to Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
