Transwestern Real Estate Services’ Atlanta Healthcare Advisory Services team has completed 36,000 square feet of medical leases at Union Park, a 178,000-square-foot, four-building outpatient medical campus at 5881-5887 Glenridge Drive NE in Atlanta. Transwestern’s Steve Hall, John V. Lopez and Bo Stuart provide leasing services for the property on behalf of the owner, RX Health & Science Trust, Inc.
Notable transactions include:
- Hyperbaric Physicians of Georgia, an independent hyperbaric oxygen therapy provider, signed a new 9,100-square-foot lease.
- A nationally recognized rheumatology group executed a new lease for 7,000 square feet.
- Atlanta fertility specialist Muna Fertility signed a new 6,000-square-foot lease.
- Perinatal consultant Breastfeed Atlanta executed a new 3,500-square-foot lease, adding a third lactation center to its portfolio.
- An oral surgery center signed a new 3,500-square-foot lease.

Upon purchasing Union Park in 2023, RX Health & Science Trust embarked on an extensive capital renovation program to continue modernizing, upgrading and converting dated office spaces into high-end, specialty clinical space.
