CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator specializing in delivering state-of-the art digital infrastructure solutions, is pleased to announce it has been honored with three Top Project of the Year Awards from Environment + Energy Leader across three different categories: Environmental Impact, Energy Innovation and Software Implementation.
This year marks a milestone as the program divides accolades into six innovative categories, tailoring recognition to specific sustainability and energy management excellence sectors.

The Environmental Impact Top Project showcases the company’s portfolio-wide circular economy strategy which focuses on three primary areas where CyrusOne employs sustainable methods: material selection, waste management, and waste reduction. CyrusOne was recognized in the Energy Innovation category for its efforts in reducing climate impact through cooling optimizations that utilize computational fluid dynamics modeling. Lastly, the Top Project Award for Software Implementation highlights CyrusOne’s customized customer sustainability reports, which provide customers with ESG related data regarding their environmental footprint in CyrusOne data centers.
