About Akshar U. Patel
Akshar U. Patel concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, representing individuals, businesses, shareholders, and executives in complex state and federal court matters. He has experience counselling clients through all phases of the litigation process.
Patel earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. from Georgetown University. Upon graduating law school, he was an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, where he drafted trial motions, performed legal research, and contributed to trial preparation. He also interned in the Office of Public Engagement at the White House, where he assisted in drafting and preparing research and public policy memorandums.
