17-year commercial real estate veteran joins Columbia, Maryland-based group following recruitment of dedicated Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales and Leasing team
Lee & Associates | Maryland, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage and management firm, has announced the addition of Kristin Rebeck as Senior Vice President. Rebeck brings more than 17 years of directly-related commercial real estate brokerage experience to the firm and was formerly Vice President, KLNB. Her hiring follows Lee & Associates’ move earlier this year to add a three-person, fully-dedicated Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales, and Leasing team to the Howard County-based brokerage group. Former Broad Reach Retail Partners professionals Mark Mueller and Glenn Ulick joined as Senior Vice Presidents and Kaitlyn Thomas was added as Associate. Nearly 20 full-time commercial real estate professionals now work for Lee & Associates | Maryland.
Rebeck specializes in the commercial office, office/flex, and industrial/warehouse asset classes throughout the greater Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland region, including Frederick. In her new role with Lee & Associates, she will interact with tenants, landlords, investment groups, and institutional owners of commercial real estate to provide guidance and timely solutions to their real estate requirements. She will primarily work as a tenant advisor for private companies and organizations interested in relocating to or expanding their real estate presence within the local area.

In addition to KLNB, Rebeck held brokerage positions with Edge, The Tenant Agency, and Cresa. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida State University and a Master of International Relations from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
