The NRP Group Appoints Bill Zunamon As VP Of Development

CLEVELAND–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The NRP Group, a vertically integrated, best-in-class developer, builder, and manager of multifamily housing, today announced the hire of Bill Zunamon as Vice President of Development. This strategic hire marks NRP’s expansion beyond market-rate developments in Florida to include affordable and workforce housing projects. Zunamon will report to Aaron Pechota, Executive Vice President of Development at The NRP Group.

With a proven track record of delivering affordable housing across Florida, Zunamon will play a crucial role in establishing NRP’s affordable project portfolio in the state. In his new position, Zunamon will collaborate directly with nonprofit organizations, public housing authorities, and governmental agencies at all levels to identify and execute projects that address the state’s pressing housing needs.

Zunamon has extensive experience in the affordable housing sector, having previously served as Vice President of Development at McDowell Housing Partners (MHP). During his tenure at MHP, Zunamon was responsible for securing financing and overseeing the origination of fourteen LIHTC developments, totaling over 2,000 workforce and affordable housing units throughout Florida.

Zunamon received a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin.
