Native Realty’s Sarah And Jeremiah Adler Broker Restaurant Lease In Pompano Beach

Native Realty, the pioneering Fort Lauderdale-based commercial real estate firm led by Jaime Sturgis, completed new lease transactions in Pompano Beach and Oakland Park. Real estate associates Sarah and Jeremiah Adler brokered both deals.

In Pompano Beach, the Adlers represented tenant Nenar Holdings LLC in a 4,526-square-foot restaurant lease at 2780 E. Atlantic Blvd. Nenar is managed by the founder of Mora Grill in Pompano Beach and Ferdos Grill in Fort Lauderdale.

The tenant plans to open Affendi Bar & Grill, a Middle Eastern concept, at the location. The space was previously home to Umberto’s Pizza.

In Oakland Park, the Adlers represented the tenant in a 1,550-square-foot warehouse lease at 4630 NE 11th Ave. Sturgis represented the landlord in the transaction.

DTOM Athletics, the tenant, is a private athletic center offering personal CrossFit training.

“Sarah and Jeremiah Adler continue to demonstrate their ability to make creative transactions happen regardless of product type or location,” Sturgis said. “We applaud them on these successful new leases in Pompano Beach and Oakland Park.”

The Adlers joined Native in 2023, bringing an entrepreneurial background and strong retail and restaurant industry relationships. Previously based in California, the duo operated a successful property management and apartment leasing company in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Native Realty operates from a Fort Lauderdale office that is double the size of its previous headquarters. The 4,000-square-foot office is located at 1926 E. Sunrise Blvd. in the city’s Victoria Park neighborhood.
