  • What have you prioritized in your career so far to get you to this point?

Q2: A director of cross-border operations, you’re operating in an interesting time right now – particularly with respect to the U.S./Mexico border.

  • What are the most critical things you’re doing for clients to help them operate amidst all the challenges there?

Q3: With all the attention China gets, a lot of people don’t realize that Mexico is actually our biggest trading partner – and that’s growing, largely as a result of nearshoring.

  • What should the carrier community understand about the nearshoring trend, and how are you helping them with that?

Q4: One of the things Supply & Demand Chain noted was your work in centralizing the line-haul planning team out of TA’s office in Indianapolis.

  • Tell me about that, and why that effort makes a difference for your clients and for the supply chain broadly?

Q5: I know much of your focus is on LTL carriers.
