JLL Appoints Lauren McNally As Regional Manager For The Atlanta Market

JLL today announces that Lauren McNally has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as Regional Manager of Property Management. In this role, she will apply more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience to lead the continued growth of JLL’s property management business. JLL’s current portfolio throughout the region includes 80 million square feet across 306 office and industrial buildings.

McNally joins JLL from The Brookdale Group where she served as Director of Property Management Operations. This career move marks her return to JLL after beginning her career as a Tenant Service Coordinator for the firm and eventually working her way up to Vice President, Senior General Manager. As a Regional Manager for JLL, she will be a key member of the Atlanta senior executive leadership team where she will focus on engaging and driving business expansion priorities and growth initiatives for the region.

“As flight to quality predictions play out, it is important that we have leaders equipped to navigate and best manage existing and future assets to further their success in securing top-tier tenants,” said Mark Zettl, JLL’s President of Property Management. “Lauren brings vast experience and an understanding of Atlanta’s real estate landscape. We couldn’t be more excited to have her onboard.”

Throughout her career, McNally has gained extensive expertise in developing operational teams, managing assets and supporting portfolio growth. In her previous tenure with JLL, she spent 14 years managing a variety of properties throughout Atlanta. She will work closely with JLL’s Agency Leasing, Capital Markets and Project and Development Services business lines to offer integrated client service.

“Having worked for JLL previously, I have great admiration for the firm’s inclusive and supportive company culture, as well as its ability to deliver excellent service to its clients,” said McNally. “I am proud to be returning to JLL to help lead such a talented team of individuals. I’m prepared to ensure high performance standards in property operations and to further grow our robust southeast portfolio.”
