Win Win Coffee’s Nikisha Bailey and Matthew Nam created the tech platform CoffeePLUG to connect farmers directly to buyers and help solve a disparity: Beans are sourced from mostly Black and brown countries, Nam noted, but you often don’t see those people represented in the full supply chain.
