Announced in today’s promotions are:
- Luis Senra, Chief Operations Officer (COO) – With 21 years of exemplary service at ANF, Senra transitions from his role as Vice President of Preconstruction to oversee the company’s operational functions, driving project efficiency and sustainable growth. As COO, Senra will oversee the planning and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards; managing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and productivity; collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement long-term business strategies. During his career spanning over two decades, Senra has established a reputation for building relationships and great structures. His work roster includes projects in the healthcare, institutional, multifamily, and senior living markets.
- Anni Maresca, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – With over 25 years of experience in construction accounting, Maresca started her finance career at ANF in 1997 after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Before being promoted, Anni served as ANF’s controller and was responsible for every aspect of operations accounting and corporate finance, including financial statement preparation, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, and integrated software implementation, and management. As CFO, Maresca will join the executive leadership team to assist with strategic financial decisions, manage financial risks, and explore growth opportunities. Maresca’s determination and talent will make an immeasurable impact as the company continues its ambitious strategic plan.
- David González, Chief Legal Officer (CLO) – This significant promotion solidifies González’ integral role within the executive team, where he will oversee the legal and risk management functions of the organization. As CLO, González will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing ANF’s legal strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance, managing legal risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the talented legal team. González’ extensive background in commercial transactions, litigation, construction, and real estate development uniquely positions him to drive the legal agenda of the organization.
