High Street In Atlanta’s Perimeter Welcomes First Residents

On the heels of several exciting retail announcements, Perimeter’s highly anticipated mixed-use district High Street is now welcoming residents to its luxury multifamily community. Signifying the demand for a walkable, amenity-rich lifestyle, the project has more than 100 leases signed and at least 50 residents have moved in since opening in late January. The community is managed by Windsor Communities, GID’s wholly-owned property management firm.

The apartments at High Street comprise 598 homes across two buildings: Windsor Brompton and Windsor Avery. The upscale residences are situated over retail within a vibrant public realm that puts pedestrians first, with tree-lined sidewalks, ample outdoor gathering areas, beautiful water features and an expansive Plaza that will soon be activated with regularly scheduled events. Just a short walk from the Dunwoody MARTA Station, residents can live a completely car-free lifestyle at High Street – a rarity for Atlanta.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our residents to High Street and everything this premier mixed-use destination has to offer,” said James Linsley, President of GID Development Group. “Residents will have an incredible mix of chef-driven restaurants, engaging retailers and experiential concepts coming straight to their doorstep, along with beautiful private amenities. With Windsor’s best-in-class resident services, there is no other community like this in Atlanta.”

Windsor was recently recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as the Property Management Firm of the Year(1), one of the most prestigious awards in the industry. The firm also received the Kingsley Excellence Award and was named by Grace Hill as the #1 Property Management Company in the nation for Overall Customer Satisfaction for the third consecutive year(2). The team is applying its proven approach to leasing and management to the communities at High Street.

High Street’s apartments come in 16 different floor plans featuring studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms and various high-end finishes and features. Residents can choose their unit and price point based on balcony size and orientation, cabinetry colors, built-in work from home desks, standalone tubs and more. Every home features expansive light-filled rooms and elegant materials, such as a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile backsplash and an island for entertaining.

Resident amenities include a fitness and yoga studio, pool and sundeck, catering kitchen and private dining room, coworking spaces, an outdoor dog run and dog wash, outdoor gaming lawn, a bike lounge and repair station and more. The greatest amenity is High Street itself, with the incredible mix of retail, dining and entertainment experiences opening later this year. Announced tenants include: Puttshack, Jaguar Bolera, Nando’s PERi-PERi, Velvet Taco, Allen Edmonds, Skin Spirit, The Hampton Social, Agave Bandido, Cuddlefish, Ben & Jerry’s and Sugar Coat.
