Real Property Development And Community Association Attorney Zachary Sculler Joins Eisinger Law

Real property development and community association lawyer Zachary Sculler, Esq. has joined Eisinger Law as an Associate Attorney in its Community Association Law division. His experience includes residential and commercial transactions, liability, finance and securities law.

A member of The Florida Bar, Sculler was most recently with another South Florida law firm, where he worked closely with association boards of directors to foster a proactive and legally sound approach to governance and compliance.

As an intern for Miami-Dade County Public Housing and Community Development, Sculler guided construction project managers in building major multi-family public housing developments for the Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County.

Sculler earned his Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Real Property Development at the University of Miami (UM) School of Law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During his time at UM, Sculler interned at UM’s Investor Rights Clinic, where he provided counsel to individuals who had suffered investment losses due to broker misconduct.  He also handled all aspects of their ensuing hearings in a courtroom setting. Sculler was also a recipient of the Attorney’s Title Insurance Scholarship.

Sculler is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Dean’s List honors.

Sculler is also an active member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers and Real Property Sections and the Alpha Epsilon Pi Alumni Network.

When not practicing law, Sculler enjoys golfing, fishing, and playing basketball with friends.
