Unisolo Restaurant Group Expands its Asian-Inspired Culinary Footprint

South Florida-based Unisolo Restaurant Group will expand its presence in South Florida with the opening of Saiko-I Sushi Lounge and Hibachi, located at 5791 Coral Ridge Drive in Parkland, on April 2. The restaurant is 4,000 square feet, will seat 180 and will specialize in fresh sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Hospitality veterans Tina Wang and Chef Jason Zheng of Unisolo Restaurant Group are the owners of the popular Coco Sushi Lounge and Bar in Delray Beach, Koi in Fort Lauderdale, Saiko-i Lounge and Hibachi in Boca Raton, Yakitori Sushi House in West Delray, and Yakitori Sake House in east Boca Raton.

Featured dishes include Mongolian beef and steak, lobster and shrimp hibachi.

“More and more people are discovering a passion for Asian cuisine,” said co-owner Tina Wang. “It’s healthy, it’s flavorful, it’s fresh, and we’re finding it’s growing dramatically in popularity. We just want to share the Asian culinary experience with as many people as we can!”

The group is looking to further expand its culinary footprint throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. With 5 brands and a total of 8 restaurants so far, Unisolo operates more than 60,000 square feet of retail space in Palm Beach and Broward counties and employs more than 100 people. Both will continue to increase as they further expand throughout the markets.

The restaurant group just opened Peking Duck House, located at 1200 E. Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach, at the beginning of February.

Saiko-I Sushi Lounge and Hibachi, located at 8100-8160 W. Broward Boulevard in Plantation, is 7,000 square feet. It will seat more than 200 and will open by the end of the year.
