OakTree Academy purchased the 51,541 square foot office building, situated on 2.92 acres, from Foundation Capital Resources for their new location. The Academy has about 400 students and they are looking forward to their new Chesapeake location. They have been in business for 30 years and are relocating from Kempsville Road in Virginia Beach for more space.
