The Keyes Company strengthened its Treasure Coast market share with the addition of McCurdy & Co. Realty. Based in Fort Pierce, McCurdy & Co. Realty expands Keyes’ footprint north of Port St. Lucie.
Founded by Joanne McCurdy in 2013, McCurdy & Co. has 24 agents specializing in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties and beyond. Joanne McCurdy is the brokerage’s top producer, consistently generating more than $25 million per year in sales volume. She will continue to serve her clients and be the District Sales Manager of The McCurdy Group at the new Keyes Fort Pierce office.
With three decades of experience helping clients buy and sell real estate on the Treasure Coast, McCurdy & Co. has an unmatched track record for customer service and market knowledge. Keyes Senior Vice President Steven Reibel is in active discussions with owners of similar brokerages across the Treasure Coast, and as far north as Vero Beach.
“Over the past few years, there has been significant migration north from the tri-county area to the Treasure Coast,” Reibel said. “That broadens our market and provides further motivation for us to identify the right strategic growth opportunities in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties.”
Keyes is also looking at acquisition opportunities throughout the entire state.
