The Keyes Company enhanced its Sunset office in Miami with the addition of top-producing real estate agent Luis Alvarez. With two decades in the industry, Alvarez brings strong experience and client relationships to the premier real estate brokerage.
Alvarez specializes in luxury real estate, vacant land and commercial properties throughout South Florida. He generates an average annual volume of approximately $10 million. Alvarez was selected to be a member of the prestigious Master Brokers Forum, an organization of the top 250 agents in Miami-Dade County.
Prior to Keyes, Alvarez was affiliated with Jeannie Baker Realty in Miami.

A lifelong Miami native, Alvarez is fluent in English and Spanish. He has extensive knowledge of market trends and real estate laws, staying ahead of the curve in identifying new investment opportunities for clients.
