The authentic Italian restaurant has secured a 4,695 square-foot space at 682 N. St Asaph St., and is slated to open in May 2024. Chris Saa, Assistant Vice President of Divaris Real Estate in Washington D.C., facilitated the lease on behalf of L’Italiano Vero, securing a location within a lively mixed use area known for its significant foot traffic.
“L’Italiano Vero is a great addition to the Old Town district,” said Chris Saa, “The new restaurant is in a prime position to become a favorite for locals and visitors.”
Old Town is Alexandria’s downtown and nationally designated historic district on the Potomac River waterfront. The downtown area consists of centuries-old architecture, historic attractions and independent businesses.
