IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Alliant Insurance Services has hired Lou Spina as Senior Vice President, Alliant Specialty, bolstering the company’s New York-based surety team. The surety industry veteran brings more than 36 years of experience and will service Alliant’s surety clients along the East Coast.
With decades of experience both as a surety underwriter and in his current role as a broker, Spina is recognized for his ability to analyze financial data, help construction firms optimize operations, and minimize liability and exposure in an ever-changing construction environment.

Prior to Alliant, Spina was Senior Vice President of Northeast Surety Operations in the Long Island office of a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm.
