CBRE today announced that it has hired three new associates to expand the firm’s presence across the industrial& logistics, office and retail sectors in the greater Philadelphia region. The three new associates include Abraham Kromah, Kate O’Brien and Christopher Giovanisci.

Based in the firm’s Radnor, Pennsylvania office, Abraham Kromah will focus on industrial leasing in the Eastern Pennsylvania and I-78/I-81 Corridor. Prior to CBRE, Abraham worked in the mortgage industry at New Day USA in Maryland, leading the company with $3.49 million in loan closings in a single month. Abraham attended Duke University on a football scholarship and spent three years in the Canadian Football League before ending his professional football career with the Washington Redskins in 2015.
Kate O’Brien joins CBRE from Colliers International in Washington, D.C., where she served as both a Research Analyst and Consultant on the Government Solutions Team. In her new role, Kate will focus on office leasing in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania market and will be based in the firm’s Harrisburg office. Kate earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
Christopher Giovanisci obtained a degree from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, through which he gained valuable inside knowledge, experience and exposure in the culinary industry. Seeing an opportunity to use his past experiences, he shifted focus to real estate and found success in Los Angeles, where he managed, marketed and leased more than 500,00 sq. ft. of office and retail space in the Downtown area. In his new role at CBRE, Christopher will focus on retail tenant and landlord representation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with a heavy focus on restaurant properties.
In addition to the three new associates, CBRE recently hired Army Ranger Veteran Brad Megay to join the company’s greater Philadelphia multifamily capital markets team.
