Full Course Embarks On A Founder’s Journey With Award-Winning Startup Croux During March 27 Rising Tide Webinar

Full Course Board Member Jennifer Ryan Discusses What It’s Like to Run Two Companies and Her Efforts to Close Hospitality Gaps

WHAT:
Full Course, the first and only accelerator and incubator of early-stage food brands, is hosting its next complimentary Rising Tide webinar titled “Founder’s Journey: Closing Hospitality Gaps” on Thursday, March 27.

Full Course board member Jennifer Ryan is the founder of multiple businesses serving various angles of the hospitality industry. Croux, her most recent venture, was born out of a desire as a restaurateur to reimagine hospitality staffing during the pandemic. Jennifer saw firsthand the conundrum working mothers faced during COVID, and as a new mom herself, teamed up with other industry vets to offer what had never been offered to industry workers: flexible schedules, fast payments and benefits. Croux connects trusted talent who are ready to work with hospitality businesses that need to fill shifts. Talent work where, when and how they want, working around constraints like childcare and transportation while earning extra cash to bridge income gaps or increase savings. Hospitality businesses can access high caliber talent on-demand and adjust their staff (and labor costs!) based on their ever-changing needs. The award-winning startup service is currently available in select cities in the Southeast and Midwest, and is rapidly growing to new areas. She is also the CEO and founder of BLUEROOT, a healthy, fast casual eatery in Birmingham, AL.

During the March Rising Tide seminar, Ryan is joined by Full Course Chief People + Culture Officer Lissa Bowen and Full Course CEO + Founder Lauren Fernandez to discuss her experiences as both the founder of a growing startup service and restaurant along with actionable takeaways for participants.

Full Course’s monthly one-hour Rising Tide seminars invite all restaurant, food business and guest service professionals to learn about the latest trends, tools and best practices in the industry today. The seminars are designed to help restaurant industry professionals grow and scale their businesses because a rising tide lifts all boats.
