Scott Taffet Joins Marshall Dennehey’s Casualty Department in New York

Experienced trial attorney Scott D. Taffet has joined Marshall Dennehey’s Westchester County office as a shareholder in the Casualty Department. 

Taffet focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, trucking and transportation, property damage, and construction litigation matters. Previously, he was a partner at Penino & Moynihan LLP in White Plains.

Taffet has represented national insurance companies and their insureds, as well as individual clients in multimillion dollar matters. In addition to his trial experience, he represents clients in arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

A member of the New York State Bar Association, Taffet sits on the Executive Committee for the Transplant Forum at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. 

He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and New York Law School, and is admitted to practice in New York.
