Evry Health Appoints Christina Rassi as Chief Growth Officer

DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Evry Health, a tech-forward business-to-business health insurance company, announced the appointment of its new Chief Growth Officer, Christina Rassi. With 20 years of experience at major health insurance carriers, Rassi has a proven track record of driving business growth and cultivating strategic partnerships. Rassi is well-positioned to lead Evry Health’s growth in the market, spearheading the company’s mission to bring humanity and a focus on the member experience back to health insurance. This recent leadership addition is further momentum for Evry Health since its acquisition by Globe Life in October 2023.

“Evry Health is a ‘worthy rival’ – driving positive change in healthcare through competition and an unrelenting commitment to improving the overall member experience,” said Rassi. “For too long, health plans have operated in siloes with disconnected teams handling network contracts, pricing, member services and more. At Evry Health, we’ve unified these components under one roof to thoughtfully solve the entire healthcare ecosystem. Competition, not just innovation alone, is what’s going to drive real change in this industry.”

As Chief Growth Officer, Rassi will be communicating Evry Health’s network and benefit plan strategy to employers and broker channel partners. Her decades of market experience give her a deep understanding of employee and member needs. Before joining Evry, Rassi was the executive director, market head of sales and services at a competing national carrier where she held various roles across her 16-year span in middle market and national accounts. Rassi led a team of 50 in Texas, focused on the growth and retention of over 250,000 commercial members.

“I’m looking forward to driving growth, fostering strategic alignments, cultivating external partnerships and introducing innovative local solutions to our commercial clients,” said Rassi.

“We have systematically built the healthcare experience for our members that we wanted for ourselves, from the medical provider network to the technology powering the member experience,” said Chris Gay, CEO of Evry Health. “Christina’s hiring represents our dedication to rethinking healthcare. She will accelerate our strategic growth as we continue delivering exceptional customer service. We believe healthcare should be a solution, not outdated systems weighed down by legacy processes.”

Rassi received her bachelor’s in marketing from Oklahoma State University and is licensed and appointed in all 50 states. She participates in industry and community initiatives such as the Healthcare Board Diversity Leadership Council, mentors through the Asian Professional Network Association, and serves on the 50/50 Women on Boards Advisory Board. She currently resides in the DFW metroplex, in Allen.

Evry Health’s human-centric model centers on personalized service, with every member receiving a human response within 30 seconds, helping drive better engagement and outcomes for both its members and their employers. Evry Health is powered by a proprietary medical network and technology that streamlines employer and member experience. The technology-based approach eliminates redundancies and disconnects that exist across the fragmented healthcare delivery system today.
