$7.5 million sale of Smith Woods subdivision marks a milestone

Trilogy Investment Company, a pioneering BTR development company, announces the successful sale of a 60-lot subdivision, Smith Woods, in Winder, Georgia, to Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders. The sale, which closed on February 15, 2024, for a total of $7.5 million, represents a strategic step by Trilogy Investment Co. to capitalize on its investments while supporting the growth of quality housing developments.

Trilogy Investment Co. acquired the Smith Woods property on October 27, 2021, and has since transformed the site from raw land into a fully developed, single family home lots, ready for home building to begin. This process underscores Trilogy’s ability to add significant value to its projects and the communities it serves while also providing healthy returns to its investors.

The sale of Smith Woods strengthens the relationship between Trilogy Investment Co. and a top national home builder. Smith Woods is one of sixTrilogy projects in the Atlanta Metro area and one of nine in Georgia. Based in Alpharetta, Trilogy focuses on BTR viaits nationwide platform.
