Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. Appoints Tiana Jackson As Director, Capital Markets

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate capital markets financing solutions, announced the hiring of Tiana Jackson as director, capital markets, in its Seattle office.

Ms. Jackson joins MMCC with nearly two decades of experience and will be responsible for originating and securing commercial debt and equity financing for a wide array of property types including multifamily, retail, industrial and hospitality. She maintains relationships with local, regional and national funding sources, including commercial banks, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, debt fund and agency lenders.

In her new role, Ms. Jackson will report to John Manning, senior vice president and head of production for MMCC’s Western Region and will work closely with Raymond Allen, senior vice president at IPA Capital Markets, the firm’s institutional capital markets division.

Prior to joining MMCC, Ms. Jackson spent the past 11 years at Luther Burbank Savings as a loan officer where she originated multifamily, mixed-use, and multi-tenant commercial investment loans. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois.
