Savings Bank of Danbury (http://sbdanbury.com) announced today that Brian Berkson of New Fairfield, CT joined the Bank as Assistant Vice President/Community Development Manager.
In his new role at the Bank he will be responsible for maintaining, strengthening and onboarding relationships in the community. He brings 15 years of experience in partnering with and working with financial institutions. Prior to joining Savings Bank of Danbury Berkson worked with Heartland Payment Systems where he provided tailored payment solutions for businesses that streamlined processes and helped their bottom lines. He also enhanced payroll and HR functionality for small to medium sized businesses. His experience includes working as a Retail Business Banker and as a Licensed Property and Casualty Broker. He also worked in his family’s business, Foxon Pet Center, giving him a comprehensive background on running a business. He is a member of the Danbury Chamber of Commerce.
