Rentyl Resorts and Its Founders Honored at FSU Seminole 100 Award Ceremony

Rentyl Resorts and its founders have attained a prestigious, first-time ranking of 33rd from Florida State University’s 2024 Seminole 100. The annual list recognizes the fastest-growing businesses owned or managed by FSU alumni. Brothers Nicholas, Dan and Matthew Falcone, who are equal owners/partners in the business, all graduated from the university.

“As FSU alumni, my brothers and I are deeply honored and humbled to be recognized for placing 33rd among the top 100 fastest-growing businesses by Florida State University’s Seminole 100,” said Nicholas Falcone. “This achievement speaks volumes about the dedication, hard work, and shared vision that drive Rentyl Resorts forward. We are immensely proud to represent our alma mater and grateful for the support that has propelled us to this milestone. This recognition fuels our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and pushing the boundaries of innovation in our industry.”

Rentyl Resorts has achieved exponential growth in the past few years, nearly quadrupling its portfolio to 92 resorts from 25. The number of employees has more than doubled to 450 from around 200 at the end of 2020.

Rentyl was honored among its peers at the Seminole 100 ceremony in Tallahassee, Florida on Feb. 24. The selected companies represent some of the most innovative and profitable companies in the U.S. EY, a multinational financial services firm, verified the information submitted by each company and ranked the businesses based on compound annual growth rate over the last three years.

“The exceptional alumni at the helm of these businesses exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit flourishing at Florida State University,” said FSU President Richard McCullough in a press release. “Their achievements are a source of pride for the university and serve as a beacon of inspiration for a new wave of innovators and future business leaders. We are thrilled to celebrate their success.”
