Berns Communications Group Names Kelly Roma as Senior Director of Events and Partnerships

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Berns Communications Group today announced it has appointed Hearst and Condé Nast veteran Kelly Roma as its new Senior Director of Events and Partnerships. Roma will expand BCG’s three business influencer networks—the Retail Influencer NetworkThe DealmakeHers and The Z Suite—as demand for high-impact industry events and expert insights from these communities continues to grow. A highly experienced marketing and events leader, Roma joins BCG from Hearst Magazines, where she created and executed events and marketing activations for Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Town & Country and Seventeen

Roma is a highly experienced marketing and events leader who most recently served as Director of Marketing and Special Projects at Hearst Magazines, where she created and oversaw events and partnerships across a range of titles. Earlier in her career, she was Integrated Marketing Manager for Departures magazine at Time Inc., where she specialized in 360-degree campaigns targeting luxury consumers. Prior to that, Roma spent four years managing special events and promotions at Condé Nast’s Teen Vogue. She holds a BS in Fashion Industry Management from Philadelphia University.
