City’s top real estate agents gather at Lobster Bar for preview of visionary developer’s newest resort condominium project
Newgard Development Group hosted Fort Lauderdale’s top-producing real estate agents for a sneak preview of the development company’s newest resort condominium project, Natiivo Fort Lauderdale. Over 30 real estate agents gathered at the Lobster Bar off Las Olas Boulevard on Jan. 31 to learn first-hand about the project, which will be Fort Lauderdale’s first resort condominium purposely designed, built and licensed for short-term rentals.
Newgard founder and CEO Harvey Hernandez presented the Natiivo brand and his vision for Natiivo Fort Lauderdale, and Cervera Real Estate, the project’s exclusive sales and marketing representative, gave a detailed presentation about what buyers can expect.
