Shutts & Bowen LLP is pleased to announce the addition of three new partners to the firm—Laura L. Kelly, Babette L. Ashley and C. Ryan Maloney.
Kelly is based in the Orlando office where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of land use and real estate and has extensive experience representing both public and private sector clients. She is Florida Bar Board Certified in both Real Estate Law and City, County and Local Government Law.
Ashley is based in the Jacksonville office where she is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. With more than 35 years of experience, her practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate development. She represents buyers, sellers, developers and lenders in complex acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing transactions.
Maloney is based in the Jacksonville office and is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group. As a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Law practitioner, he focuses a significant portion of his practice on serving companies in the construction industry. He also represents businesses and individuals in all forms of business and contract disputes, in government bid protests, and in real estate disputes.
