Grow Associates Appoints Sarah Richmann Palin as Executive Director

Grow Associates, an organization that connects individuals of all abilities with opportunities, is pleased to announce Sarah Richmann Palin of Dedham, Massachusetts, as its newest Executive Director.

In this capacity, Palin, working with the Board of Directors, will provide leadership for the nonprofit that serves nearly 200 individuals with disabilities from 24 surrounding communities. As Executive Director, she will set the direction for the future of the organization, ensure that it achieves its mission and goals, oversee day-to-day operations, and plan the expansion of Grow’s services.

Palin brings more than 20 years of experience in the autism and developmental disability field to this leadership role, most recently as Chief Program Officer with Crossroads Continuum in Hudson, Massachusetts, where she was responsible for all organizational service programs serving individuals with autism. Past posts include as Autism Clinical Manager with The Commonwealth of Massachusetts: Department of Developmental Services.

She is currently leading the expansion of the Autism Society by establishing a Massachusetts chapter.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology, Palin holds an Applied Behavior Analysis Graduate Certificate from the University of Southern Illinois and a Public Management Graduate Certificate from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.

Palin takes over the leadership reins of Grow Associates from Brian Jadro, Ph.D., who has served as Interim Executive Director since October of 2023. Jadro is the Director of Service Operations with Grow Associates, a post he continued to fulfill concurrently during his interim tenure as Executive Director.

“I am deeply honored to join Grow as the new Executive Director,” said Palin. “It is a privilege to be part of an organization that embodies compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to its mission. I am profoundly moved by the opportunity to contribute to an organization that exemplifies excellence and compassion in serving individuals with developmental disabilities and the community.”

“It is with great pleasure we announce Sarah Richmann Palin as Executive Director of Grow Associates,” said Margaret Scholl, President of the Board at Grow Associates. “We look forward to Sarah leading us to fulfill our mission, achieve our goals, and strategically plan our next 50 years as we look to further expand and enhance our program space and services.”

“It is my pleasure to welcome Sarah to Grow Associates,” said Jadro. “I am more than confident that under her leadership, the organization will continue to live up to its name, providing opportunities for growth for the individuals we serve.
